Landmark stands on the outskirts of Salcombe, surrounded by woodland gardens with sea views to North Sands through the trees. The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area opens onto a terrace, and the sitting room has a woodburning stove for cooler evenings. The house sleeps 16 across seven bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Three ground-floor king-size bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a freestanding bath and walk-in shower, plus there's a further ground-floor wet room. Upstairs are two more king-size bedrooms, one with its own en-suite wet room, a bunk bedroom and a family room with twin singles and a bunk, served by a family bathroom.

A games room offers table tennis and suspended pod seating for evenings in, and three terraces give plenty of space outside, including an enclosed terrace with a private hot tub available until 10pm. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, a fridge/freezer and a wine cooler, and there's a washing machine and tumble dryer. Off-road parking covers 4 cars, and a cot and highchair are available.

Landmark takes one well-behaved dog, kept off the furniture and downstairs only. Smoking is not permitted, and the garden has some steep areas and steps to take care on. The shop is around 0.6 miles away, with the pub and beach closer at around 0.5 miles.
