Lake Victoria Cottage

Lake Victoria Cottage is an end-terrace holiday cottage on level ground in Dartmouth, close to the town's waterfront and a short walk from the South West Coast Path. Inside, a nautical theme and quality furnishings run through the sitting room, where sofas face a TV with Freeview and an Amazon fire stick, good for catching up on a box set after a day out.

Upstairs, a double bedroom and a bunk bedroom share a single shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. The cottage sleeps 4 across the two bedrooms, and the owner notes it best suits 2 adults and 2 children under 10 rather than a full house of adults.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge with an ice box, a coffee machine, a washer/dryer and a dishwasher, and the living/dining room also has a DAB radio and WiFi alongside the TV. Electric central heating covers the cottage, with fuel and power included in the rent, so there is nothing extra to arrange before arrival.

Lake Victoria Cottage takes one medium dog or two small well-behaved dogs, with a charge applying per dog. It is strictly no smoking throughout, and both a shop and a pub sit within 0.1 miles, useful for picking up essentials or heading out for an evening meal.
