Knowle House

Knowle House is a five-bedroom farmhouse on the edge of Okehampton, near the Dartmoor National Park boundary and a short walk from the River Okement, sleeping 9. The farmhouse keeps its stone walls and wooden beams alongside tastefully finished interiors.

Upstairs, the five bedrooms are a super-king-size with its own Smart TV and en-suite shower, a king-size with en-suite shower, a further king-size, a small double that sleeps one guest, and a twin with a Smart TV. A family bathroom has a freestanding bath and shower, and there's a separate ground-floor shower room, giving the house four bathrooms in total.

The kitchen/diner has a double electric oven, microwave, an American fridge-freezer with ice dispenser and a dishwasher, and a utility room holds a washing machine and tumble dryer. The sitting room and snug both have Smart TVs and woodburning stoves, and there is high speed WiFi throughout. A highchair, travel cot and stairgate are available on request.

Outside, the enclosed garden has lawns, a patio with outdoor dining seating, a charcoal barbecue and a hot tub for up to six guests. Ample off-road parking is available, and secure bike storage is provided in a building called The Piggery. No pets or smoking are allowed.
