Kipling House

Kipling House sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms, arranged in a reverse-level layout with all bedrooms on the ground floor. The master king-size and a second king-size room each have their own en-suite shower room with WC, while the twin zip-and-link room can be made up as a super-king on request. A separate bathroom with shower over bath and WC, plus a utility room with washer/dryer, completes the ground floor.

Upstairs, an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area forms the main living space, with bi-folding doors leading onto a glass-fronted balcony fitted with reclining furniture. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker. A Smart TV with Sky TV, including Sky Sports, and a Bluetooth sound bar are provided in the lounge, with a Smart TV in each bedroom as well.

Outside, an enclosed lawned garden includes a patio, garden furniture and sun loungers, along with a private hot tub for which dressing gowns and spa towels are supplied. A lockable beach hut in the garden offers storage for bikes, surf boards and golf clubs. Off-road parking is provided for two cars on the driveway, though there is no facility for charging electric vehicles on site.

The property is located in Westward Ho, with the beach, pubs and shops all within walking distance. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are provided for younger guests, and up to two dogs are welcome, subject to an additional charge.
