Kings View

Kings View is a duplex apartment on Newcomen Road in Dartmouth, reached up a set of external steps to the rear of the building and occupying the second and third floors of a four-storey townhouse. Dartmouth's shops, restaurants and tea rooms are a few minutes' walk away, and the apartment sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, with 180-degree views spanning from Britannia Royal Naval College, across the River Dart to Kingswear, and around to Dartmouth Castle and the mouth of the river.

The second-floor entrance hallway leads to both double bedrooms, each with river views: a master with a king-size bed, and a second bedroom with a small double bed, reachable from one side only. A recently refurbished shower room has a large shower cubicle and a heated towel rail.

The upper level holds the open-plan kitchen, sitting and dining room, lit by a large window spanning the width of the room, with a fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and a coffee machine. Children are welcome, with a highchair, cot and stairgate available on request, and WiFi is included throughout.

Parking is provided some walking distance from the apartment. Pets are not accepted, and a returnable bond applies. The property is strictly no smoking.
