Kents Cottage

Kents Cottage sits in the seaside town of Torquay, with the sitting room just inside the front door, wooden flooring underfoot and an electric effect fire for cooler evenings. An L-shaped corner sofa and a Smart TV make it an easy spot to settle after a day on the coast or moorland.

The kitchen and dining area sit beyond the sitting room, with an induction hob, a washing machine and a dishwasher, plus a dining table for gathering everyone together. Just off the kitchen, the ground-floor bedroom has a pink sofa bed, its own Smart TV and an en-suite walk-in shower room, and bifold doors open straight into the garden.

Upstairs, a king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom share the family bathroom, fitted with a bath, a shower over and a heated towel rail. Outside, the enclosed front garden has a lawn, a patio and furniture, room enough for children to play or a dog to stretch its legs.

Kents Cottage takes one well-behaved dog, with a second dog possible by arrangement, and is no smoking throughout. A designated parking space is provided for one car, with further first-come, first-served parking nearby. The shop and pub are both 0.1 miles away, and the beach is around 0.6 miles on foot.
