This reverse-level home near Westward Ho, Bideford, sleeps up to eight across four ground-floor bedrooms. Two super-king zip-and-link rooms can be made up as twins on request, alongside two king-size rooms, with a family bathroom (bath, shower and WC) and two en-suite shower rooms serving the floor between them.

Upstairs holds the main living space: an open-plan lounge and kitchen leading onto two balconies, plus a separate snug with its own Smart TV and Xbox for younger members of the group. The kitchen has a double oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave, with a dining area set apart for group meals. A garage and utility area houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and table tennis table.

Outside, the enclosed garden and patio come with a barbecue, suited to dogs as well as al fresco eating. Off-road parking is available for three cars on the driveway. Up to three dogs can stay, though additional charges may apply, and the property is decorated for Christmas over the festive period.

The beach, along with local pubs, a restaurant and shops, is within walking distance, and internet access is included throughout. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate can be provided for younger guests. Arrival is from 17:00 and departure is before 10:00.
