Huffin

Huffin is a three-storey house a short stroll from the centre of Dartmouth. Guests enter on the first floor into a king-size bedroom with its own en suite shower room, which can be swapped for a bunk room on request, then travel down a staircase to the open-plan living space and further down again to a second king-size bedroom on the lower ground floor.

The open-plan floor has a large corner sofa facing a Smart TV, a dining table for meals in, and a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. A DAB radio and Bluetooth speaker are also on hand. A balcony off this floor catches afternoon and evening sun and is set up for meals outside. The lower ground floor holds a family shower room with a large walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Huffin takes up to two small dogs at a charge per dog, and there is no smoking. The property has two flights of internal stairs, so it does not suit guests with mobility issues, and sleeps a maximum of 4. Access is via a narrow road with a width restriction, so a compact car is worth planning for.

One car can use the off-road parking space at the property, and the shop and pub are both around 0.2 miles away.
