Honey Cottage

Honey Cottage sits in Ilfracombe, on the North Devon coast, and sleeps 6 across three bedrooms. The kitchen and dining area is centred on a stone fireplace, and beyond it a separate snug with a second stone fireplace offers a quieter room to retreat to.

The main sitting room has a sofa and TV for film nights, and doors lead through to a conservatory that looks over the garden. Upstairs, the king-size bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, while a double and a twin bedroom share the main bathroom, which has both a bath and a walk-in shower, plus a heated towel rail. A separate cloakroom with basin and WC sits on the ground floor, and there are a few low-headroom spots around the cottage, so mind your head.

The kitchen and diner is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, air fryer and coffee maker, and the living spaces have TVs, an Xbox, DVDs, books and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and gas central heating covers the cottage.

Outside, the garden has a lawn and patio furnished for sitting out or eating outdoors, and one car can park opposite the cottage. One well-behaved dog is welcome, and smoking is not permitted. The shop and pub are around 250 yards away, and the beach is 0.7 miles. Bookings between April and September need to run 5 nights or more, and 4 nights or more the rest of the year.
