Hollycombe

Hollycombe is a holiday home in Ilfracombe, a short walk from the beach and a local pub. The open-plan living space has a kitchen with green-toned cabinetry, a dining area seating four, and a large corner sofa for evenings in front of the TV.

The property sleeps 4 across a king-size bedroom with its own TV and a bunk bed room, ideal for children or friends sharing. A single bathroom has a bath with a shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

The kitchen is fitted with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A highchair and travel cot are available on request. Outside, an enclosed basement courtyard garden has decking and furniture, with steps down to the decking, so children should be supervised in the garden at all times.

There is no dedicated parking for the property, though roadside parking is available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and smoking is not permitted. This is a holiday-let property only, with no provision for workers. A shop and pub are both around 0.1 miles away, with the beach roughly half a mile, and the town centre is a short stroll away for an evening out.
