Perched opposite Combesgate Beach, this top-floor apartment in Woolacombe looks out across the water to Morte Point from both the main living space and the king-size bedroom. The open-plan lounge and dining area are arranged to make full use of those uninterrupted coastal views, and a Smart TV alongside Bose sound systems in the lounge and master bedroom sits alongside a fully equipped kitchen featuring an electric oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave and Lavazza coffee machine.

The two bedrooms sleep four guests: the king-size room has an en-suite shower room with WC and faces the sea, while the twin room looks out over National Trust land at the rear. A separate family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC serves the twin room. Note that 47 external steps lead up to the front entrance, making this apartment unsuitable for anyone with mobility difficulties.

A balcony with table and chairs off the main living room is ideal for watching the sea in the evening, and a shared rear patio with furniture provides a quieter spot with countryside views. From the back of the property, a gated path leads directly onto National Trust land and footpaths over the headland to Mortehoe. The beach is around 200 metres away, and the local pub and shops are half a mile.

Parking is by one private allocated space, with a visitors space available on a first-come, first-served basis. A private lockable store handles surfboards and beach kit. Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure by 10:00.
