Access to the apartment requires climbing 22 external steps, which is worth noting before booking. On arrival there is private parking for one car. The decked balcony is furnished with a dining table and chairs, making it practical for outdoor meals as well as simply watching the Atlantic. A shared wetsuit drying area is located to the rear of the building.

The apartment sleeps four and allows up to two dogs, though additional charges may apply. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00. The shop and pub are both within 400 metres, and the South West Coast Path passes through the resort for those who want to walk the coastline.
