5 Seymour Villas is a third-floor apartment close to Woolacombe, reached up a flight of stairs that may not suit guests with lower mobility. It sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with an open-plan living space combining the kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

The king-size bedroom has its own balcony and an en-suite walk-in shower, separate basin and WC, and the twin bedroom is served by a separate shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. A window seat in the living space takes in coastal views, and guests can gather at the dining table for meals.

A private balcony with patio and furniture gives sea views reaching past Woolacombe to Baggy Point. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, a fridge with ice box, washing machine and dishwasher, and there's a Smart TV with DVD player and WiFi. A travel cot and highchair are available, and bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and off-road parking is provided for 1 car. The apartment is no smoking throughout. The shop is 0.6 miles away (a seasonal shop sits just 0.1 miles off), the pub 0.6 miles and the beach 0.9 miles, with fuel and power included in the rent.
