Set on the esplanade in Woolacombe, this reverse-level apartment sleeps four across two king-size bedrooms, both with private en-suite bathrooms. Access is via stairs from both entrances, including from the rear parking area, so the layout is not suited to anyone unable to manage steps.

The split-level design puts the main living space on the upper floor to make the most of the coastal outlook. An open-plan sitting and dining area centres on a 65-inch smart TV with Netflix, comfortable sofas and a four-seater dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine, plus a Nespresso coffee machine. A small decked balcony with table and chairs opens directly from the living area and looks out to sea.

The first king-size bedroom sits on the entrance level and has its own TV alongside the en-suite. The second king-size bedroom is on the upper floor near the kitchen and also has sea views and an en-suite. A highchair and travel cot are available, making the apartment workable for families with young children. Up to three dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply.

Private parking for one car is included, with additional shared parking available. The beach, a pub, a shop and a cinema are all around 500 metres away. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
