Hedgehogs

Hedgehogs is a house in the town of Barnstaple, with a cosy ground-floor lounge warmed by an electric flame-effect fire, leading through to the kitchen and a conservatory used as the dining room. Two double bedrooms sit upstairs, one with a standard double bed and the second with a smaller 4ft double against the wall, looking out over the rear garden. The family bathroom has both a bath and a shower.

The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with an electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. A Smart TV, DVD player, books, games and WiFi are provided for evenings in, and a highchair and travel cot are available on request.

Outside, the enclosed rear courtyard garden is furnished for sitting out, though the flagstones need care underfoot. Off-road parking is provided for 3 cars, with further unrestricted roadside parking nearby. Hedgehogs takes two well-behaved pets, and the shop is 0.5 miles away with a pub 0.6 miles.

There are two steps into the property, so please take care. Bookings can't be made within 72 hours of arrival, and the house doesn't accept stag, hen or similar parties. Smoking isn't permitted anywhere inside, and a Good Housekeeping bond applies for the stay.
