4 Bickington Road

4 Bickington Road forms part of a historic building in Barnstaple, on the North Devon coast at the mouth of the Taw Estuary. The apartment sleeps 2 in one bedroom, and retains a number of traditional features alongside its modern fittings, with steps leading up to the entrance that are worth planning around.

The open-plan living space has a seating area in front of a feature fireplace and TV, with the kitchen positioned alongside so guests can cook and talk together, and a dining table for two. The king-size bedroom sits next to a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee maker, plus a washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board for longer stays. A TV and WiFi are provided in the sitting area, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

A cot and highchair are available on request for guests travelling with a young child, and parking is provided at the property. No pets are allowed, and smoking is not permitted anywhere inside. The nearest shop is around 0.3 miles away, with a pub about 0.1 miles, and Barnstaple's shops and restaurants are close by too.
