Hayward House

Hayward House is located in Ilfracombe, within walking distance of the beach, shops, pubs and restaurants. This reverse-level property sleeps six across three bedrooms and suits a family or two couples wanting private sleeping space.

The two ground-floor bedrooms are both super-king-size, each with its own en-suite shower room, WC and basin, and the beds can be arranged as twins on request. Upstairs, a third bedroom has a king-size bed and its own access onto the roof terrace, while a separate first-floor bathroom offers a bath, separate shower and WC for shared use. All three bedrooms have large wardrobes for storing luggage.

The kitchen is fitted with a double electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, and a utility room on the ground floor holds a washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge/diner has a dining table and a sofa bed facing the TV, with its own doors onto the roof terrace. Wi-Fi is included throughout the stay.

Outside, the roof terrace has seating and far-reaching sea views, making it a practical spot for meals outdoors, though children must be supervised there at all times. Parking is provided for three cars, two in the garage and one outside. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests, and dogs are not permitted at this property.
