Harbourside occupies a first-floor position on the water's edge in Dartmouth, reached via 30 stone steps that won't suit anyone with limited mobility. The open-plan living area looks out across Dartmouth Harbour to Kingswear, Dartmouth Castle and the shimmering sea beyond, with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting room with a sofa and armchairs.

The king-size bedroom has its own balcony and an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and the twin bedroom also has an en-suite walk-in shower room, so both bedrooms have their own facilities. A double electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher are fitted in the kitchen, and the living area has a TV with FreeSat, a DVD and CD player, and WiFi.

Gas central heating covers the apartment, with fuel and power included in the rent, and the balcony is furnished for sitting outside. There is no parking at the property itself: an annual permit for one car is provided for Mayors Avenue Car Park, valid from 3pm to 10am only between 25 May and 1 September, with no time restriction the rest of the year. The car park is closed during Regatta Week.

Sorry, no pets are allowed at Harbourside and smoking is not permitted. The shop is 0.3 miles away, the pub 0.2 miles and the beach 0.7 miles, all within easy reach on foot from the harbourside setting.
