Harbour Cottage

Harbour Cottage is a three-storey mid-terrace property on Fore Street in Ilfracombe, a short walk from the harbour. The cottage sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, with two bathrooms split between the ground and second floors.

The ground floor holds a games room with an Xbox and a sofa, plus a bathroom with a corner bath and a hand-held shower. Up on the first floor is the kitchen, a living and dining room, and a small cloakroom. The two bedrooms sit on the second floor, a double and a twin that can be set up as a king-size bed on request, sharing a shower room on that level.

The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a washing machine and a dishwasher, and the first-floor sitting area has two TVs, a DVD player and WiFi. A rear patio with a bistro set leads up steps to a decking area, a good spot to catch the afternoon sun. A highchair and travel cot are both available on request.

Harbour Cottage takes one small, well-behaved dog. There is no private parking; guests use the local public car park nearby. Smoking is not permitted, and the shop, pub and beach are all a short walk from the front door.
