Parking is by permit for one car in a public car park around half a mile away, with time restrictions in place between 3pm and 10am from 25 May to 1 September; the permit also covers the Dartmouth Park & Ride. A shop and pub are around half a mile away, and the nearest beach is roughly 2 miles off, so bring your own beach towels. The property was undergoing refurbishment at the time of listing, so some items may differ on arrival.
