This reverse-level home stands in Westward Ho on the North Devon coast, with all four bedrooms arranged on the ground floor and the main living space upstairs. It sleeps eight across a king-size room with en-suite shower room and patio doors, a super king-size room that can be made up as a twin if requested at the time of booking, a double room with an en-suite shower room, and a further twin room served by a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.

The upper floor holds an open lounge, kitchen and dining area, with a sofa arranged to face the view or the television, and a balcony reached directly from the lounge with its own seating for outdoor meals. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine, while a utility cupboard in the ground-floor bathroom houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. A children's snug on the ground floor offers bean bags, books and a television, useful for keeping younger guests entertained separately from the main living area.

Outside, a dog-proof, enclosed garden to the rear includes garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue and a private hot tub, plus a shed for storing bikes, surfboards and golf clubs alongside a football table. Off-road parking is provided for two cars, with additional roadside parking available nearby. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property.
