Gorgeous Cottage

This converted stable cottage sits on a 60-acre privately owned cliff-top estate above Westward Ho beach. Sleeping eight guests across four bedrooms, it has private access through the estate grounds to the South West Coast Path and directly down to the beach.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area contains two sofas, an armchair, a recamier sofa and a wood burner with logs provided. Sea views carry across the North Devon coastline from the living space, which also has a Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, wine cooler and dishwasher; a utility cupboard houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. All four bedrooms have Smart TVs. Two super-king-size zip-and-link rooms and two twin rooms are available, with one of the super-king-size beds convertible to twins on request and both twin rooms convertible to super-king-size. The master and fourth bedrooms share a Jack and Jill en-suite; the second bedroom has a hallway-accessible wet room; the third has its own en-suite bathroom.

A private enclosed courtyard, reachable from both the hallway and lounge, holds a six-person hot tub, gas BBQ and outdoor dining and sun lounger seating. Three private parking spaces are provided. The estate's shared indoor play barn, offering table football, table tennis, pool and basketball, is open from March to October. A travel cot and highchair are available, and towels are included.

Up to two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. The beach, pubs, shops and restaurants are around 1.5 miles from the property.
