Golf View

Golf View sits a short walk from Westward Ho, overlooking the par 3 short course with a wider view across the full course towards the beach. Living space is arranged on the first floor, where an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area benefits from a large balcony, a traditional woodburner and a Smart TV.

All four bedrooms are on the ground floor: two king-size rooms each with a Smart TV and en-suite shower room with WC, plus a twin room and a bunk room, sleeping up to 8 guests. A separate bathroom on this level has a bath with handheld shower and WC. There is also a snug/garden room with patio doors onto the garden, a TV, and a games table combining table football, snooker, table tennis and air hockey.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine with pods provided. A utility cupboard holds the washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside, the fully enclosed, dog-safe garden has a decked seating area, a private hot tub with towels provided, a gas barbecue and an outdoor hot water shower.

Off-road parking is available for two cars, and up to four dogs can stay with an additional charge. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. Beach, shops and pubs are within walking distance, and the property is decorated for Christmas during the festive season.
