Cowslip Barn

Cowslip Barn is an 18th-century barn conversion in Cornworthy, reached down a country lane and through a private driveway. It's a reverse-level layout, with the open-plan living space upstairs and all three bedrooms on the lower-ground floor, sleeping 6 across two bathrooms. There are steps to both the interior and exterior of the home.

Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen has a breakfast bar, a dining table and leather sofas around a woodburning stove. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, plus a Nespresso machine, and there's a Smart TV, TV, DVD player and WiFi through the house.

Downstairs, the king-size bedroom has a TV and its own en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. A second king-size and a twin bedroom share a bathroom with a bath, handheld shower, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. A highchair, travel cot and stairgate are all available.

Outside, a rear, sloped garden has a lawn, patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, with a third sometimes possible if agreed with the owner in advance. Smoking is not permitted. The nearest pub is 0.1 miles away, the shop is 2.5 miles, and the River Dart is 0.4 miles from the property.
