Full Deck

Full Deck is a two-bedroom terraced house in Dartmouth, with an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area at its centre and a rear courtyard for outdoor time. The house sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The super-king-size bedroom and the double bedroom each have their own Smart TV, and the double has an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and heated towel rail. A family bathroom with a bath and a walk-in shower serves the rest of the house, and a Z-bed is available on request for an additional child.

The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher, and a separate utility/cloakroom holds a washer-dryer and a third WC. The sitting area has a large Smart TV with a Blu-ray DVD player, and gas central heating covers the house with fuel and power included in the rent.

A parking permit for the Mayors Avenue public car park is provided, though the car park is a 10 to 15 minute walk from the house and closed during Dartmouth's Regatta Week. The enclosed rear courtyard has furniture and a gas barbecue, the shop and pub are 0.3 miles away, and the house is strictly no pets and no smoking.
