Freshford, 3 Dartmouth House

Freshford sits within the Dartmouth House development on Mayors Avenue, a few metres' level walk from the embankment and the River Dart, with Dartmouth's shops, galleries, pubs and Royal Avenue Gardens all within easy reach. An entrance hallway leads to an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with French windows over a quiet side street.

The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob with extractor, a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher and a combined washing machine and dryer. The living area has two sofas, a TV and CD player, and the dining area has a table and chairs at one end of the room.

The apartment sleeps 4 across two bedrooms. The master has a king-size bed, a large fitted wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle and WC, while the second bedroom has two 3-foot single beds and a fitted wardrobe, sharing a further family bathroom with a bath and mixer shower.

A highchair and travel cot are available for younger guests, and gas central heating covers the apartment. A secure parking space is provided in the development's private underground garage, and the garage entrance stands 2.41 metres high. Pets are not permitted, and Freshford operates a strict no-smoking policy throughout.
