Fore Street House - Apartment 3

Fore Street House - Apartment 3 is a second-floor apartment at the centre of Seaton, close to the shops, pubs and seafront. It sleeps 4 across two king-size bedrooms and one shower room, all reached from a single open-plan living space, and a selection of welcome jars is provided on arrival.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area has a large corner sofa and a Smart TV, and the kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and hairdryer. The shower room has a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Both bedrooms are king-size and comfortably furnished, giving each pair of guests their own room rather than sharing. A parking permit for one car in a nearby car park is available, administered by registering the car with the owner, and WiFi covers the apartment throughout for streaming and working. Check-in is from 4pm and checkout by 10am, and the apartment is not suitable for children under 5 years of age.

Fore Street House - Apartment 3 does not accept pets and is strictly no smoking. The shop and pub are around 0.1 miles away and the beach around 0.2 miles, making it a practical, walkable base for exploring Seaton and its seafront.
