Florence's Nest

Florence's Nest is a single-storey home on the outskirts of Dartmouth, with open countryside around it and glimpses of the River Dart from the garden. The whole property is on one level, sleeping 4 across two bedrooms and one shower room, with an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area at its centre. Dartmouth itself sits on the River Dart estuary within the South Hams Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The double bedroom and the twin bedroom are both on the ground floor, next to a shower room with a walk-in shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC. The sitting area has an electric fire and a Smart TV, and there's a selection of books, games and outdoor boules for evenings and afternoons in.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, an air fryer, a microwave, a fridge with an ice box and a dishwasher, and WiFi covers the property. Electric heating keeps the rooms warm, with fuel and power included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels.

Florence's Nest welcomes two well-behaved pets, with a shared front lawn for them to stretch their legs. Off-road parking is provided for 1 car, the nearest shop is 0.9 miles away and the pub 2.1 miles. Smoking is not permitted inside.
