Dune Beachhouse

Dune Beachhouse is a detached house built in 2023, close to the beach at Westward Ho, near Bideford. It sleeps six across three bedrooms and suits families or groups wanting a straightforward, well-equipped base with private parking and an enclosed garden.

The ground floor is arranged around an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining space, with French doors leading out to the garden. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher, and a separate utility room houses a washing machine and tumble drier. A separate WC sits on the ground floor, alongside access to an integral garage converted into a games room with table tennis, darts, books and games.

Upstairs, a king-size master bedroom has its own en-suite shower room and WC, plus French doors onto a private balcony with seating. A second king-size bedroom and a zip-and-link twin room (convertible to a super-king on request at time of booking) complete the sleeping arrangements, with a family bathroom featuring a bath and shower over. All three bedrooms and the living space have Smart TVs.

Outside, the rear garden is fully enclosed with a patio, garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue, and there's an outside tap and hose for rinsing off sandy paws. The driveway gates can be closed to fully enclose the parking area, which takes two cars. Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. Beach, pubs, shops and restaurants are all close by.
