Dilly Dally Barn

Dilly Dally Barn is a single-storey barn conversion in the hamlet of Chilsworthy, roughly halfway between Bradworthy and Holsworthy. All ground floor, it sleeps 5 across a king-size double, a twin and a single bedroom, sharing one bathroom with a bath, separate shower, basin and WC.

The open-plan living area has vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, Velux windows, leather sofas and a woodburning stove, leading through to a kitchen/diner with patio doors onto the garden. Oak flooring runs throughout, with the bathroom tiled.

The kitchen has an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and there's a Smart TV with Freeview, a Blu-ray DVD player and a selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power, and a starter pack for the stove are included in the rent, and a highchair is available on request.

Off-road parking is provided for 1 car outside the property, with more available on request. The lawned rear garden has a patio, outdoor furniture and a BBQ/firepit. There's one step to enter the property and another into the king-size bedroom, and the lane in is uneven in places, so care is needed driving up. No pets are allowed and the property is no smoking, the minimum stay is 3 nights, and the shop and pub are 4 miles away.
