The Loft

The Loft is a first-floor apartment set in the grounds of the owners' home in Chilsworthy, near Holsworthy, reached by 14 internal steps with sloping ceilings throughout the flat. It sleeps 2 in a single double bedroom, with countryside views from the open-plan living space.

The open-plan area combines a fitted kitchen, dining space and sitting area, and the bathroom has a bath, shower over, basin and WC. Electric storage heaters cover the flat, with fuel and power included in the rent, and the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. A TV with Freeview and DVD player is provided, along with WiFi suited to browsing rather than downloading or streaming, plus a travel cot and highchair.

Outside, a private patio has furniture and a BBQ, and guests can use a shared lawned area and a shared indoor swimming pool, heated except between 1 November and 15 March. Laundry runs through a shared, coin-operated external laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars.

No pets are allowed and the property is no smoking throughout. There are two steps down into the bedroom, worth noting alongside the 14 steps up to the flat if anyone in your group finds stairs difficult. The shop and pub in Chilsworthy are about 2 miles away.
