Devonair

Devonair is a reverse-level house in Westward Ho!, with both bedrooms on the ground floor and the main living space upstairs to make the most of the sea views. It sleeps 4, with maximum occupancy fixed at 4 guests and no room for a cot. Bed linen and towels are included, and fuel and power are covered in the rent.

Each ground-floor bedroom has its own TV and en-suite walk-in shower room: a king-size to the rear with French doors onto the patio, and a twin near the entrance hall. Both rooms have built-in wardrobes for storage and heated towel rails in the en-suites, and the rear patio doors give the king-size room direct access outside.

Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area opens onto a first-floor balcony with sea views. The kitchen has an electric oven and ceramic hob, a dishwasher and washing machine, and the sitting area has a Smart TV, DVD player and WiFi. Gas underfloor heating covers the house, and the balcony is a good spot for alfresco dining when the weather allows.

Off-road parking is provided for two cars, and a rear patio has storage and furniture alongside the first-floor balcony. Devonair welcomes one well-behaved dog, though a pet supplement applies, and is no smoking throughout. The property takes holiday bookings only, and Westward Ho!'s Blue Flag beach and its shops are close by in the village.
