This apartment sits in an elevated position above the harbour in Ilfracombe, reached via its own external staircase to a covered front door. The lounge is spacious and light-filled, with two sofas arranged around a wood burner, plus a TV/DVD, Blu-ray player and hi-fi. Double doors open onto the front terrace, giving the room a strong connection to the outdoors during warmer months.

The kitchen/diner sits alongside the lounge and also opens onto the terrace, making outdoor meals straightforward. It includes a range-style cooker with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, while the washing machine is housed separately in a utility room. Three bedrooms are arranged on the same floor as the living space: one double and two twins, sleeping up to six guests in total. Two shower and bath facilities are provided, comprising a bathroom with shower-over-bath and WC, and a separate shower room with WC.

Outside, the terrace features Italianate-style arches and seating, overlooking the harbour, with potted plants adding to the outlook. Off-road parking is available for one car, and internet access is provided. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests, making this a workable option for families.

Bedding is included but towels are not supplied, and short breaks are not offered. Dogs cannot be accommodated at this property. Pubs, restaurants, the beach and shops are all within walking distance of this North Devon apartment.
