Dartmoor View

Dartmoor View is a single-storey lodge on a 42-acre farm outside Cheriton Bishop, a few miles from Tedburn St Mary. Every room is on one level, and the lodge sleeps 5 across three bedrooms, with bookings limited to 4 adults and a child.

The double bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, basin and WC, and sits alongside a twin room and a single room, all on the ground floor. A separate family bathroom with a bath, basin and WC serves the rest of the lodge.

An open-plan living area combines a sitting space with two sofas, a dining area and a fitted kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Gas central heating, a TV and WiFi are included, and patio doors lead out to a decking area. The garden is enclosed and lawned, with further gravelled space and furniture for eating outdoors.

Off-road parking is provided for three cars. No pets are allowed and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Arrivals are accepted on Saturdays only, and the lodge does not take work parties, stag or hen groups. A shop and pub are both about 1.2 miles away in Tedburn St Mary, which itself lies roughly 3 miles from Dartmoor National Park and 7.5 miles from Exeter.
