Dart Marina Hotel

Dart Marina Hotel sits on Sandquay Road above the marina in Dartmouth, with river views from most of its nine room types, which range from Deluxe doubles to Garden Suites. It holds an AA 4-Star Silver rating and won a TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice award in 2026.

Free Wi-Fi and free parking are included for guests, and Zephyr Bar & Bistro serves bistro-style dishes and light bites with riverside seats from 5pm to 11pm daily. Cloud Nine, the hotel's coffee venue, runs through the day, and Gaia Spa offers massages, facials and body treatments with natural therapies from Monday to Saturday.

The hotel is a few minutes' walk from Dartmouth's town centre and Dartmouth Castle, which guards the mouth of the River Dart from the opposite bank. Boat trips leave from the town quay for the short crossing to Kingswear, and the working marina below the hotel is one of the busiest stretches of water on this part of the Dart.

**Best for:** Guests who want river views and a spa without leaving the marina, and sailors using Dartmouth's moorings.

**Less good for:** Anyone wanting a self-catering kitchen - this is a full-service hotel built around its restaurant and bar, not an apartment stay.
