Dart Cottage

Dart Cottage sits in the village of Dittisham, about 3.5 miles from Dartmouth, with elevated views over the River Dart shoreline from just a few steps away. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge and a coffee machine, and the living room comes with a Bluetooth speaker and a selection of DVDs alongside WiFi. Electric panel and storage heaters cover the cottage, with underfloor heating in the kitchen and shower room, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

There is no outdoor space or allocated parking at Dart Cottage, though a public car park sits nearby, and there is no washing machine or freezer at the property. Two small dogs are welcome. Building work opposite means some scaffolding nearby between March and early June, though with little disruption reported to the cottage itself. The shop is 0.4 miles away, with the pub and the River Dart just 0.1 miles from the door.
