Dancing Beggars is a quirky three-storey house in Dartmouth, styled around a naval theme with historical décor throughout. It sleeps 4 across two double bedrooms, each fitted with a Smart TV, and the property is reached only on foot, up a steep, winding staircase with a handrail that is not suited to young families.

The open-plan living space combines the kitchen, a breakfast bar and a sitting area with an open fire, and underfloor heating runs throughout the house. The kitchen is fitted with an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, and there is a dartboard for evenings in alongside three Smart TVs and WiFi.

Both double bedrooms sit across the upper floors, one of them on the second floor, and the single bathroom has a freestanding bath, a walk-in shower, a hand-held shower and a double basin. The first-floor bedroom looks out over the M&S car park, and the property holds a level, central position within the town.

A private side courtyard with furniture gives space for evenings outdoors. The shop is 0.2 miles away, the pub 0.1 miles and the beach 1.3 miles. The property no longer provides a parking permit, so there is no free parking nearby. No pets are allowed and the property is strictly no smoking.
