Crowthers

Crowthers is a newly converted first-floor apartment in the Dartmouth Hilltops development, at the top of Townstall Road around half a mile from Dartmouth town centre. The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area is bright and spacious, enjoying fabulous views across the town, and the apartment sleeps 4 across two bedrooms.

One bedroom has a double bed and the other a king-size bed that can be split into a twin on request, with at least two weeks' notice made before arrival. Two sets of French doors open onto glass Juliet balconies, making the most of the views across the town.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a four-ring induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, and the dining area has a glass table beside an L-shaped sofa in the sitting area. The bathroom has a large bath with an overhead rain shower, wash-hand basin, heated towel rail and an integrated music system.

A secure off-road parking space is provided for one car, and a shared central courtyard serves the four Dartmouth Hilltops apartments. The property sits at the top of Townstall Road, around half a mile from the historic town centre, and is strictly no smoking throughout.
