Crew House

Crew House is a three-storey terrace house on Victoria Road in Dartmouth, a five-minute walk from the River Dart and close to the town's shops, tea rooms and cafes. It sleeps 4 across two first-floor bedrooms, one king-size and one twin that can be made up as a king-size bed on request, with at least two weeks' notice.

Steps lead up from the road into a light, airy lounge/dining room with a wood-burning stove. The modern kitchen has a Bosch electric oven, four-ring gas hob, built-in microwave and under-counter fridge, and a separate outhouse holds the washing machine and a fridge freezer. A combi boiler supplies central heating and hot water.

A south-facing decked terrace at the rear, reached from the first floor, has garden furniture for 4 and a parasol. There is also an attic room that can provide further sleeping space on request at additional cost, though it has limited head height. Wireless broadband, a Smart TV, DVD player and a selection of books and games are included.

There is no parking at the property. An annual permit for one car covers the Mayors Avenue public car park, a 10-15 minute walk away and subject to availability, and the car park is closed during Regatta week in August. Dogs are welcome at an additional charge per pet; check the limit when you book. Smoking is not permitted.
