Courtyard Cottage

Courtyard Cottage stands at the Dartmouth Green development beside the golf course at the Dartmouth Hotel, Golf and Spa, around four miles from Dartmouth itself. The renovated stone cottage has an open-plan living and dining area on the first floor, with an L-shaped sofa, a wood-burning stove with logs provided, and a dining table seating eight.

Four bedrooms sleep 8, three of them on the ground floor. The first has a king-size bed and en-suite shower room, the second has two single beds and an en-suite shower room, and the third has a king-size bed with an adjacent family bathroom rather than an en-suite. A fourth king-size bedroom with its own en-suite sits on the first floor.

The kitchen is fitted with Neff appliances, including a fan-assisted oven, a second oven/grill, a four-ring ceramic hob and a built-in microwave, plus a separate utility room with a washer/dryer and drinks fridge. Doors from the living area lead to a private terrace with seating for seven and a charcoal BBQ, and a smaller bistro table sits on the balcony deck above.

Allocated parking for one car is a short, uphill walk via steps or a ramp, with a luggage trolley provided. Guests get complimentary use of the shared swimming pool and tennis court at the Dartmouth Golf and Country Club, plus discounted golf rates. Baby equipment including a travel cot, highchair and stairgate is available, and no pets are permitted.
