Oakleigh is a five-bedroom house arranged over three floors in Blackawton, with a private enclosed driveway for 4 cars. The ground floor holds an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, and beyond it a terrace with seating and a gas barbecue looks over a private grassed garden. The house sleeps 12.

The five bedrooms are spread across the three floors: a super-king room (which converts to a twin) with its own en-suite shower room; on the second floor, two further super-king rooms that can also be set as twins, plus a second-floor king-size room, sharing a second-floor shower room; and on the third floor, a family room with four single beds and its own en-suite shower room. A first-floor bathroom with a bath and separate shower serves the rest of the house, with a ground-floor WC cloakroom.

The kitchen has two double ovens, an electric hob, a dishwasher and a wine chiller, and the utility room holds a washing machine/dryer and a microwave. Six Smart TVs are placed through the house alongside WiFi, and a first-floor snug plus a third-floor snug with toys and games give quieter spots to retreat to. A highchair and travel cot are available, heating runs on an air source heat pump, and fuel and power are included in the rent.

Oakleigh welcomes two well-behaved pets, and there's an additional fee for using the electric car charging point. The enclosed driveway parks 4 cars, and the terrace's gas barbecue and grassed garden make the most of outdoor time. The village shop is around 0.1 miles away, and children need supervising in the first-floor snug because of the stairs. Smoking is not permitted.
