A covered balcony with outdoor seating looks across the bay and valley, a good spot to sit out with a drink. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge, TV and WiFi, and heating is electric. A small first amount of electricity is included in the rent, with the remainder billed through a coin meter, and bed linen and towels are provided.

The apartment is reached via a curved staircase, so care is needed with luggage, and care is also needed on the path down to the harbour given the property's elevated position. Off-road parking is provided for one car, and the shop is around 0.6 miles away with the pub 0.3 miles.

This apartment cannot accommodate bookings with children. One well-behaved pet is welcome, though cats are not accepted, and smoking is not permitted. The changeover day must fall on a Saturday during August, and there may be scaffolding on the building while the owner paints it during the winter months.
