Clooneavin Apartment 2 is a ground-floor apartment in a group of apartments in the village of Lynmouth. The sitting room has large windows with sea views and a sofa arranged to face them, along with a TV for evenings in. Off the sitting room is a double bedroom with classic furnishings, and a shower room with a heated towel rail.

The kitchen-diner has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge, TV and WiFi. Heating is by electric convector heaters, and a small first amount of electricity is included in the rent, with the remainder billed through a coin meter. Bed linen and towels are provided as part of the stay.

Off-road parking is available for one car, and the shop is around 0.2 miles away, the pub 0.1 miles and the beach 0.4 miles. Care is needed on the path down to the harbour, which is best walked in suitable footwear rather than heels, particularly after rain.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, though cats are not accepted, and smoking is not permitted. The changeover day for this apartment must fall on a Saturday during August. Lynmouth's harbour, the cliff railway to neighbouring Lynton, and a choice of restaurants and pubs within the village are all close by on foot.
