Capstone Oceanside 8

Capstone Oceanside 8 is a two-bedroom apartment sleeping four guests, reached via external steps and a lift. The double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and WC; the twin bedroom looks out over the water. A separate family bathroom provides a shower over the bath, heated towel rail and WC. Roadside parking outside is unrestricted from November to March, but limited to one hour between mid-March and the end of October; chargeable parking is available a couple of hundred yards away at Ropery Road Car Park.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area has a floor-to-ceiling bay window with uninterrupted sea views, and a door leads to a private balcony with seating. Care should be taken with small children on the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer and dishwasher. WiFi, a smart TV with Sky and Freeview, a DVD player, and a radio stereo with iPod docking station are all included, along with a selection of DVDs, CDs and games stored below the television.

Ilfracombe is the nearest town, with a harbour, independent restaurants and shops, all within walking distance of the apartment. The South West Coast Path runs directly from the front door, with routes available in both directions. Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands surfing beaches are around ten minutes by car, and Exmoor National Park lies to the north.

A highchair and travel cot are available on request. The apartment is non-smoking and dogs are not permitted. Central heating and electricity are included in the cost of the stay.
