Brewers Cottage

Brewers Cottage is a traditional thatched property in the village of Kings Nympton, voted Devon Village of the Year in 1999, midway between the River Taw and River Mole. A private driveway to the side gives parking for one small car, with further parking a short walk away in the village.

Inside, a living room has comfortable sofas facing a woodburning stove, and the kitchen/diner has an induction hob and a dining table that seats four. The cottage sleeps 4 across a king-size and a twin bedroom, sharing a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC, though the stairs are steep and not suited to toddlers.

The kitchen also has an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer box, a washing machine and a dishwasher, and the living room has a Smart TV, WiFi and a selection of books. Central heating covers the cottage, with fuel, power and a woodburner starter pack included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels.

Brewers Cottage welcomes two well-behaved dogs. Smoking is not permitted, and bookings run to a minimum stay of 7 nights. The Grove Inn is under 100 metres from the cottage, the nearest shop is 3.8 miles away, and Kings Nympton railway station is 2 miles from the village centre on the Barnstaple to Exeter line.
