Bell Cottage

Bell Cottage is a four-floor house in Dartmouth, with river views from the patio and both bedrooms. A kitchen/diner sits at the heart of the house, with a circular dining table, an electric fire and a mounted Smart TV, and large windows framing views across the River Dart and the town beyond.

The sitting room has an L-shaped sofa facing the windows and a window seat for watching the river below, with a sloped ceiling and carpeted floor. A conservatory, tiled and filled with potted plants, opens through doors onto the patio, giving easy access to the garden for meals outside.

Both bedrooms sit on the lower ground floor and share river views: a king-size room with an en-suite freestanding bath, hand-held shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and a double room with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC. The house sleeps 4 and is not suitable for children under 5.

The kitchen has a double oven, electric oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, and there's a DVD, CD and iPod docking station alongside the Smart TV and WiFi. Gas heating and an electric coal-effect fire keep the house warm. There's no parking at the property, though there's space to unload luggage outside, and no pets or smoking are permitted. The shop is 0.3 miles away, the pub 0.2 miles and Dartmouth Harbour 0.4 miles.
