Beckaford View

Beckaford View sits next to the owner's home in Manaton, within the Dartmoor National Park, a one-bedroom cottage built for two adults with high-reaching windows onto the surrounding countryside and views that carry across open fields. Babies and children are not accepted here.

The open-plan living space has a woodburning stove and a breakfast bar next to the kitchen, and a mezzanine-floor double bedroom sits above, behind a glass divide that keeps the countryside views in sight from bed. A ground-floor shower room has a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

The kitchen runs an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and coffee machine, and electric underfloor heating covers the cottage along with a Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside, off-road parking is provided for two cars next to a seating area.

Beckaford View takes two well-behaved dogs, though there are unfenced ponds nearby so dogs need supervising outside at all times. Smoking is not permitted and electric car charging isn't available on site. The nearest shop is 3.6 miles away and the pub 0.9 miles, with Ilsington 3.4 miles, Bovey Tracey 4 miles and Newton Abbot 7.2 miles further on.
