Single-storey Norton Park chalet with communal gardens, near Dartmouth

Beachcomber is a single-storey, end-of-terrace chalet on Norton Park, near Dartmouth and about 2.9 miles from the town centre. The chalet sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and one shower room, set within Norton Park's communal gardens, and the whole property is arranged on one level.

The double and twin bedrooms both have their own TV and ample storage, and the shower room has a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. The open-plan living space combines the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area where the group can gather after a day out.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and there's a TV with a DVD player, though the property has no WiFi. Electric central heating covers the chalet, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels all included in the rent.

Beachcomber takes one well-behaved dog. Allocated parking is provided, and there's a step up to the entrance, worth noting for anyone with limited mobility. Within a mile there are two supermarkets for the essentials, and further afield in Dartmouth there's a wider choice of independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. The shop closest to the chalet is 0.8 miles away and the pub 1.5 miles, and smoking is not permitted inside.
