Beach Road House

Beach Road House sits in Hele Bay, a short walk from Ilfracombe and moments from Hele Beach itself. A cosy living room with an electric flame-effect stove leads through to a fully equipped kitchen/diner, and a front patio with furniture is a good spot to watch the sun set behind the rooftops.

Upstairs, a family bathroom with a bath and shower over serves three bedrooms: a king-size, a double and a custom-built bunk room with two single beds, sized for children or teenagers rather than adults. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and there's a Smart TV and WiFi.

Electric central heating with underfloor heating keeps the house warm, and off-road parking for one car comes with its own EV charger. One well-behaved dog is welcome, though the front patio isn't enclosed, so it's worth keeping an eye on children or pets out there.

About six steps lead down to the front patio, with a further step and a rope handrail at the front door, so this suits guests comfortable with stairs. No smoking is permitted, and the property carries a housekeeping bond. The shop, pub and beach are all close by, each around 0.1 to 0.2 miles from the door, so there's little need to drive for day-to-day essentials.
