Baker's Dozen, 13 Dartmouth House

Baker's Dozen is a second-floor flat in the Dartmouth House development on Mayors Avenue, a level walk from the embankment and River Dart in Dartmouth. The flat sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, opening from a hallway into an open-plan kitchen, living and dining room.

Double doors lead onto a Juliet balcony with views over the rooftops towards the countryside and a glimpse of the River Dart. The living area has a large sofa and two armchairs, a 43-inch Smart TV with catch-up and Netflix access, and a DVD player with USB playback. The dining area has an oak table seating five.

The en-suite bedroom has an oak-framed super king-size bed, fitted wardrobe and a fully tiled en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is a twin room with two sprung single beds, and a family bathroom with laminate flooring and a shower above the bath serves the rest of the flat.

The kitchen has an electric oven, four-ring electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer, and a travel cot and highchair are supplied for younger guests. Secure, allocated underground parking is provided for one car, reached by lift, and gas-fired central heating covers the flat. No pets are allowed and it is strictly no smoking.
